The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works consisting in the replacement of the junction at the intersection of Legnicka and Milenijna streets (junction from the city center) along with the modernization of the crossing along with the right of option, under the conditions specified in the contract and in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Contract, Design Documentation and Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works.
