The services relate to the demolition of two separate buildings Tour d'Assas and Mercure in Montpellier.

For the demolition of 178 dwellings, residence Tour d'Assas, the estimated cost of the works excluding VAT is 4 000 000,00 EUR excluding VAT. For the demolition of 53 homes, Mercure residence, the estimated cost of the works excluding VAT is 2 000 000,00 EUR excluding VAT.
