1. The subject of the contract is the development of the Programme and Spatial Concept and the Environmental Impact Report for the task entitled "Construction of the Bzin water reservoir on the Kamienna River in Skarżysko Kamienna".

2. Pursuant to Article 139 of the PPL, the Contracting Authority shall first examine and evaluate the tenders, and then make a subjective qualification of the contractor whose bid was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure.

The subject of the contract is the development of the Programme and Spatial Concept and the Environmental Impact Report for the task entitled "Construction of the Bzin water reservoir on the Kamienna River in Skarżysko-Kamienna". A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract.

2. The contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL.

3. The contracting authority does not require a bid bond in these proceedings.

4. The Contracting Authority informs that the amount it intends to allocate to finance the contract is: PLN 1,174,260.50 gross.
