The objective of this project is to implement a private cloud for the benefit of the Neupré municipal administration, the CPAS and the Autonomous municipal authority (RCA).

The three entities are currently equipped with an aging and increasingly unsuitable hypervisor.

They want to equip themselves with a SaaS type Cloud infrastructure in order to guarantee an unachievable level of SLA with current internal resources. In addition, new user stations have been ordered for greater flexibility in teleworking.

They have services already administered by several external service providers (messaging, external backups, etc.).

The project concerns approximately 75 users for the moment it is however important to take into account that this number is growing.

The minimum storage space is 10TB expandable.

It should also be noted that the contracting authority reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of the initial offers without negotiation.
