The provision of a new local bus service between City Centre, Central Station, Hill Lane, Outdoor Sports Centre and Lordshill Centre as outlined and agreed in the Bus Service Improvement Plan (BSIP) and funded by Southampton City Council (SCC) DfT BSIP allocation.

The two bus services will be divided into two lots:

Lot 1 - Hill Lane Bus Service

Lot 2 - Shirley Feeder Bus Service
