1. The subject of the contract is services consisting of the collection and management of waste in the Szydłowo Municipality.

2. The item of the order was divided into two parts:

1) Performing a service to receive and use municipal waste from residents of the Municipality of Szydłowo from inhabited properties.

2) The implementation of the service of the collection and development of municipal waste from uninhabited property in the Szydłowo Municipality.

3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract shall provide:

- Appendix No. 1a for part 1;

- Appendix No. 1b for part 2

The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection and management of municipal solid waste generated and collected in households in the Szydłowo Commune, excluding waste related to business activity. The subject matter of the contract includes inhabited real estate. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix 1a to the Terms of Reference.

The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection and management of mixed solid municipal waste and selective waste collected, generated and collected from uninhabited properties owned by the Szydłowo Commune. In addition, the subject of the contract is the delivery of containers with a capacity of 6m3 for other non-biodegradable waste at eight municipal cemeteries belonging to the Szydłowo Municipality and their management in the period from 15.10.2024 to 10.11.2024 and from 15.10.2025 and 15.10.2025.
