The district town of Bad Salzungen intends to expand and expand or attract the Bad Salzungen brine world.

Construction costs of approx. EUR 13.144 million (Kgr. 200-600) are currently assumed.

Completion is scheduled for the end of 2024.

It is intended to commission the following services (in stages) with this tender:

Project planning for outdoor facilities, service phases 1-9 according to §§ 38 ff. HOAI.

The district town of Bad Salzungen intends to expand and expand or attract the Bad Salzungen brine world.

The project is divided into the following areas:

1) Attracting the brine active pool

a) Creation of accessibility for the brine active pool (turnstiles, doors, changing rooms, showers, pool lifts);

b) Measures to increase the quality of stay (creation of versatile relaxation areas, seating and communication areas, brine steam bath, new bath catering facility, multimedia systems, public address infrastructure);

c) investments to improve energy efficiency (lamps, thermal insulation, energy recovery);

d) Expansion of the water surface (multifunctional pool - courses / peak load times);

e) Modernization of the bathroom changing rooms (cupboard systems, floors, control systems).

2) Redesign / modernization of the bathroom outside area

a) construction of outdoor pools;

b) Modernization / optimization of outdoor facilities (paths, paved rest areas, greenery, lighting, multimedia systems, public address infrastructure, shading);

c) Creation of barrier-free interfaces to the active pool;

d) Interface optimization / connection to the outdoor sauna area.

3) Extension / modernization of the prevention and health center

a) Extension and expansion of additional or multifunctional treatment rooms (, rooms for e.g. nutritional advice, barrier-free bath doctor's practice, seminar rooms, relaxation rooms);

b) expansion and expansion of classroom capacities;

c) Extension and expansion of course-specific outside areas;

d) Indication-specific expansion of the training equipment inventory (PneumoKur / group therapy).

4) Attracting the indoor sauna

a) Installation / erection of a steam bath sauna;

b) Establishment of a catering area ("Sole-Stüble", creating a feel-good atmosphere);

c) modernization / optimization of the lighting infrastructure;

d) Modernization / optimization of the room architecture (improvement of the quality of stay).

5) Adaptation of the technical equipment and the corresponding building infrastructure (basement area)

The construction costs are currently estimated at approximately EUR 13.144 million net.

The services are commissioned in stages and in sections.

First, in the first commissioning stage, service phases 1 and 2 (basic determination and preliminary planning) are commissioned for the overall measure in accordance with Section 39 HOAI. The service phases 3-9 are called up in stages and in sections. There is no legal claim to the entire assignment.
