Manual image processing

This contract concerns the delivery of manual image processing. Vehicles are registered by roadside equipment when they drive through a toll gate. The registration is made either by the vehicle's installed on-board equipment (OBE) or by pictures of the registration number taken by one or several cameras. The roadside equipment then performs an image recognition and data for the passage is collected with the images in a transaction. If the roadside equipment is unable to recognize the registration number, the image must be read and entered into the system manually.
