Purchase of Electricity for local government and other entities - XL Grupa Zakupowa IE

The subject of this contract is the purchase of electricity for own needs, in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law, by the Ordering Parties listed in point 3 of the SWZ. The estimated total demand for electricity in the contract period, i.e. from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2024, is 3 310 397.00 kWh.

Purchase of electricity for the years 2023 - 2024 for facilities listed in detail in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

a) Tariff Cxx lighting - The estimated total demand for electricity is 1 292 167,00 kWh including:

in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 is 920 056.00 kWh

in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024 is 372 111.00 kWh

b) Tariff Cxx Gxx - The estimated total demand for electricity is 2 018 230,00 kWh including:

in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 is 1 612 707.00 kWh

in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024 is 405 523.00 kWh
