Transport services (excl. Waste transport). Ambulance services. Road transport services. Air transport services. Courier services. LPP intend to establish a comprehensive Transport Related Services Framework to be used by the wider public sector Contracting Authorities in England.

Currently Authorities operate their transport related services (the “Services”) through a number of third party Service Providers. The Authorities are seeking through this Framework Agreement to improve the value for money, quality, flexibility and sustainability of these Services and are therefore seeking expressions of interest from Service Providers who have a proven track record in managing the following Services (inter alia):

- Non-emergency patient transport service (NEPTS);

- Higher dependency ambulance services

- Other Specialised Transport Services (i.e. Secure Transport)

-- Patient Eligibility Assessment Centre

-- Pathology Courier

-- Courier

-- Staff Transport (i.e. Taxis)

-- Staff bus (Hopper)
