COLLECTION, TRANSPORT AND MANAGEMENT OF WASTE FROM THE MUNICIPAL WASTE MANAGEMENT PLANT SP. WITH O.O. IN HORSEMEAT

The subject of the order is: the collection, transport and management of waste from the Municipal Waste Management Department Sp. z o.o. in Konin.

A detailed description of the item of the order is contained in part V of SWZ.

Reception, transport and recovery of post-process waste from the Thermal Disposal Plant in Konina with code 19 01 12 - slags and hearth ashes other than those listed in 19 01 11*

The subject of the contract shall include the performance of a service consisting in the collection, transport and recovery of waste code 19 01 12 - slag and firebox ashes other than those listed in 19 01 11*, in the quantity of 46 000 Mg

1) Slag type: Slag undergoing partial valorization process — without ferrous and non-ferrous metals

a) fine fraction 0-20 mm

b) medium fraction 20-60 mm

c) medium fraction 60-200 mm

2) Slag form — bulk, bulk

3) The Contractor is obliged to have an entry in the Registry Marshal, which is an integral part of the Product and Packaging Database and Waste Management (BDO) in the field of waste processing and transport.

4) The amount of waste indicated above for collection is an estimated quantity obtained on the basis of the execution of previous years orders. However, this quantity is strictly dependent on the production process at the Municipal Waste Thermal Disposal Plant, so the final mass of waste transferred to development during the duration of the contract will result from the actual needs of the contracting authority. Accordingly, the Contracting Party reserves the possibility of reducing the scope of the contract to 80% in relation to the quantities indicated in the contract documents. The restriction of the scope of the contract in accordance with the notation shall not constitute a proper performance of the contract by the Contracting Authority, and shall not constitute a basis for any claim by the Contractor for the reimbursement of the expenditure incurred or for the remuneration of the remuneration.

The subject of the contract includes the performance of a service consisting of the collection, transport and disposal of waste code 19 01 11* - slags and hearth ashes containing hazardous substances, in the amount of 1 000 Mg.

Conformity tests carried out for the above waste indicate that the waste meets the parameters set out in Annex 5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 16 July 2015 on admission to storage in landfills (Journal of Laws 2015, item 1277) .Conformity tests are annex 5 to SWZ.

1) slag form: bulk, containing ferrous and non-ferrous metals, underadded remnants of mixed municipal waste.

2) The Contractor is obliged to have an entry in the Registry Marshal, which is an integral part of the Product and Packaging Database and Waste Management (BDO) in the field of waste processing and transport.

3) Indicated above for receipt, the amount of waste is an estimated quantity obtained on the basis of the execution of orders from previous years. However, this quantity is strictly dependent on the production process at the Municipal Waste Thermal Disposal Plant and accurately applies only to situations related to the emergency extinguishment of the boiler (the number of such situations/failures conditions the amount generated for waste collection), Therefore, the final mass of waste transferred to development during the duration of the contract will be due to the actual needs of the contracting authority. Accordingly, the Contracting Party reserves the possibility of reducing the order range to 10% (one-time blanking of the boiler for the planned installation review) in relation to the quantity specified in the order documents. The restriction of the scope of the contract in accordance with the notation shall not constitute improper performance of the contract by the Contracting Authority, and shall not constitute a basis for any claim by the Contractor for the reimbursement of expenditures incurred or for lost remuneration.

The subject of the contract includes the performance of a service consisting in the collection, transport and recovery or disposal of waste in the form of fly ashes and solid exhaust cleaning products with codes: 19 01 07*, 19 01 13*, 19 01 15*, in a total amount of 7,000 Mg (in proportion 75% .total for waste code 19 01 07* and 19 01 13* and 25% for waste code 19 01 15*).

Conformity tests carried out for the above waste indicate that the waste does not meet the parameters set out in Annex 5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 16 July 2015 on admission to storage in landfills (OJ 2015, item 1277) .Conformity tests are annexed No 5 to SWZ,

2) bulk weight of the ashes:

• 19 01 07* and 19 01 13*: 0.8 — 0.9 Mg/m3

• 19 01 15*: 1.2 — 1.3 Mg/m3

3) The Contractor is obliged to have an entry in the Registry Marshal, which is an integral part of the Product and Packaging Database and Waste Management (BDO) in the field of waste processing and transport.

4) The amount of waste indicated above for collection is an estimated quantity obtained on the basis of the execution of previous years orders. However, this quantity is strictly dependent on the production process at the Municipal Waste Thermal Disposal Plant, so the final mass of waste transferred to development during the duration of the contract will result from the actual needs of the contracting authority. Accordingly, the Contracting Party reserves the possibility of reducing the scope of the contract to 80% in relation to the quantity specified in the contract documents. Reception, transport and recovery of waste code: 20 03 07 — large-sized waste

The subject of the contract includes the execution of a service consisting of the collection, transport and recovery of large-sized waste code 20 03 07 in a total amount of 11 000 Mg.

1) waste form — loose, unfragmented (there is no possibility of shredding waste in the territory of the Contracting Authority)

2) Approximately 50 Mg of waste can be collected at the Contracting Authority's warehouse at one time.

3) The Contractor is obliged to have an entry in the Registry Marshal, which is an integral part of the Product and Packaging Database and Waste Management (BDO) in the field of waste processing and transport.

4) The amount of waste indicated above is the estimated quantity obtained on the basis of the mass of waste collected over the last two years (this mass has increased significantly in relation to the previous years — insulation, quarantine favoured the carrying out of cleaning in basements, attics, garages and renovations). However, this quantity is completely unpredictable and strictly dependent on the residents of our region and their renovation and modernization plans, so the final mass of waste transferred to development during the duration of the contract will be due to the actual needs of the Ordering Party. Accordingly, the Contracting Party reserves the possibility of reducing the scope of the contract to 50% in relation to the quantity specified in the proceedings documents. The restriction of the scope of the contract in accordance with the notation shall not constitute improper performance of the contract by the Contracting Authority, and shall not constitute a basis for any claim by the Contractor for the reimbursement of expenditures incurred or for lost remuneration.

Reception, transport and recovery of waste code: 16 01 03 — consumed tyres

The subject of the contract includes the execution of a service consisting of the collection, transport and recovery of used tyres code 16 01 03 in a total quantity of 800 Mg

1) waste form — loose, unground

2) The Contractor is obliged to have an entry in the Registry Marshal, which is an integral part of the Product and Packaging Database and Waste Management (BDO) in the field of waste processing and transport.

3) The amount of waste indicated above is the estimated quantity obtained on the basis of the mass of waste collected over the last two years (this mass has increased significantly in relation to the previous years — insulation, quarantine have favoured cleaning in basements, attics, garages and renovations). However, this quantity is completely unpredictable and difficult to determine, so the final mass of waste transferred to development during the duration of the contract will be due to the actual needs of the contracting authority. Accordingly, the Contracting Party reserves the possibility of reducing the scope of the contract to 50% in relation to the quantity specified in the contract documents. The restriction of the scope of the contract in accordance with the notation shall not constitute improper performance of the contract by the Contracting Authority, and shall not constitute a basis for any claim by the Contractor for the reimbursement of expenditures incurred or for lost remuneration.
