The purpose of this framework agreement is the daily cleaning of offices/premises and periodical windows for a period of 12 months, renewable three times for the same duration.

The framework agreement takes place to:

— Lot 1, 3.1.2022;

— Lot 2, 30.1.2023;

— Lot 3, 15.1.2022;

— Lot 4, 15.1.2022;

— Lot 5, 12.1.2022.

In the absence of different dates in the notification letters.

This Framework Agreement consists of five lots and is structured as follows:

— lot 1: daily cleaning of offices/premises and periodic windows for Solidaris Mutualité Namur and its network (see point I.9 of the special specifications).

This package includes periodic and daily cleaning of the offices and premises of the site as well as the periodic cleaning of windows and chassis (interior and exterior);

— lot 2: daily cleaning of offices/premises and periodic windows for Solidaris Mutualité Province of Liège and its network (see point I.9 of the special specifications).

This package includes periodic and daily cleaning of the offices and premises of the site as well as the periodic cleaning of windows and chassis (interior and exterior);

— lot 3: daily cleaning of offices/premises and periodic windows for Solidaris Mutualité Walloon Brabant and its network (see point I.9 of the special specifications).

This package includes periodic and daily cleaning of the offices and premises of the site as well as the periodic cleaning of windows and chassis (interior and exterior);

— lot 4: daily cleaning of offices/premises and periodic windows for Solidaris Mutualité Mons Wallonie Picarde and its network (see point I.9 of the special specifications).

This package includes periodic and daily cleaning of the offices and premises of the site as well as the periodic cleaning of windows and chassis (interior and exterior);

— lot 5: cleaning of offices/premises and periodic windows for Solidaris Mutualité socialiste du Centre, Charleroi and Soignies and its network (see point I.9 of the special specifications).
