Demolition of existing approximately 5 600 m² single storey post –primary school buildings and their replacement with a approximately 7 100 m² part single, part two storey new post-primary school building, including associated site works school building and a separate sports hall and their replacement

with a new approximately 7 100 m² part two storey / part single storey, 675 pupil post primary school, including PE Hall, external store and ESB sub-station, together with associated external play courts, parking areas and landscaping.

The works are to be carried out in 2 phases. Phase 1 will include the completion of the new school buildings whilst the existing school buildings remain in use. Phase 2 will include the construction of parking areas, external play areas and landscaping works.
