Provas-Haderslev Waste A/S, Arwos Waste A/S and Vejen Kommune provide the marketing of waste factions.
• Treatment and sorting of the supplied waste fractions at one or more environmentally approved Waste Treatment Facilities until the waste is no longer waste but a product. The waste fractions are collected at private households as well as in recycling places/transhipment sites.
• The supplier shall provide all necessary material for the purpose of carrying out the tendered task.
• The supplier is financially and practical for all further processing and marketing of waste.
The tender is divided into self-employed 9 sub-agreements divided by waste factions.
The maximum total volume of the contracting entity per part agreement is +50%.besides the expected volumes per part agreement. Contracting entities refer to the section of this Order. II.1.6) Details of sub-contracts.
Treatment of plastic fractions and MDKIn general, this sub-agreement deals with the treatment of the following specified plastic fractions received at recycling sites and from household collection for Provas-Haderslev Waste A/S, Arwos Waste A/S and Vejen Municipality, respectively. The waste fractions relate to:
Hard plastics (Recycling Plot) with a total expected number of tonnes per annum for contracting entities of 594 tonnes
Soft Plastic (Recycling Plot) with a total expected number of tonnes per annum for contracting entities of 279 tonnes
PVC (Recycling Plot) with a total expected number of tonnes per annum for contracting entities of 233 tonnes
Garden furniture (Recycling Square) with a total expected number of tonnes per annum for contracting entities of 98 tonnes
MDK + hard plastic + soft-plastic (Constance collection) with a total expected number of tonnes per year for contracting entities of 280 tonnes
MDK (Food & Beverage Cartons) (Memory collection) with a total expected number of tonnes per year for contracting entities of 470 tonnes
Plastics (H+B) (Brain collection) with a total expected number of tonnes per year for contracting entities of 254 tonnes

Treatment of Municipal IronIn general, this sub-agreement deals with the treatment of the fractions listed below received at recycling sites and from household collection for Provas-Haderslev Waste A/S and Vejen Municipality respectively. Arwos Waste A/S is not covered by this Partial Agreement.
The fraction consists of various metals iron/steel, copper, stainless steel, alloys, aluminum and copper alloys such as brass and bronze, bicycles, open metal drums, radiators, iron/steel oil tanks (empty and opened), metal pipes, fences (wire mesh, posts), boilers from combustion plants, body parts of metal , used car engines and motor clippers, metal fixtures such as chairs and tables, as well as unclean metal cans and lids from preserves, beer, water and other soft drinks, wheels with tyres and hose, residue from prams and strollers, parasols, glass pot lid, plastic wires, umbrellas, garden furniture with rattan and other material, rims from car, wheelbarrow, moped, car doors with glass and insulation.
The subagreement has the following expected volumes:
Municipal iron with total expected number of tonnes per annum of 2,257

Glass with a total expected number of tonnes per annum for contracting entities of 393 tonnes:
The fraction consists of mixed glass and bottles (wine, beer, and water bottles, packaging glass mm) lampshades, vases, casks and bowls of jam glass, herring glass w/u. lids, different stained glass, glassware, glass inbo-items, drink glasses, etc. The fraction may contain liquids and will be scraped clean. Other factions will occur. The fraction will be delivered loosely tipped.
Metal/Glass (MG) with a total expected number of tonnes per year for contracting entities of 2,796
The fractions are a mixing fraction and consist of smaller metal objects, cans of aluminium and iron, metal cans (empty) and lids from preserves, beer, water and other soft drinks as well as foil trays, tea-light holders, capsules, metal cookware, nails, screws, wires and metal inbo-items such as candlesticks and metal containers, for example, marmalade glass, herring glass and u. lids, different stained glass, glassware, glass glass glass, drinking glass, etc. The fraction may contain liquids and will be scraped clean.
Other factions will occur. The fraction will be delivered loosely tipped in small or large reads.

Processing of Cardboard, paper, books and paper/cardboardIn general, this sub-agreement deals with the processing of cardboard, paper, books and paper/cardboard received at recycling sites for Provas-Haderslev Waste A/S, Arwos Waste A/S and Vejen Municipality respectively.
Cardboard (recycled pitches) with a total expected number of tonnes per annum for contracting entities of 1,842 tonnes:
The fraction consists predominantly of cardboard, for example, in the form of cornflakes packets, cardboard, egg trays, empty kitchen, and toilet rolls, and, incidentally, cardboard packaging.
Paper (recycled pitches) with a total expected number of tonnes per annum for contracting entities of 1,571 tonnes:
The faction consists predominantly of paper, for example, in the form of newspapers, copy papers, pane envelopes, weekly magazines, and advertisements.
Books (recycled places) with a total expected number of tonnes per annum for contracting entities of 296tonnes:
The faction consists predominantly of hardback and paperback books. The fraction is collected in closed container and delivered loosely tipped. Provas-Haderslev Waste A/S and Arwos Waste A/S today collects this faction. The road introduces from 2023.
Cardboard and paper (household collection) with a total expected number of tonnes per annum for contracting entities of 3,690 tonnes:
The fraction consists predominantly of cardboard, for example, in the form of parcels of cornflakes, cardboard, egg trays, empty kitchen, toilet rolls, and paper, for example, in the form of newspapers, copy papers, pane envelopes, weekly magazines and advertisements.

Windows with a total expected number of tonnes per year for contracting entities of 716 tonnes:
The fraction consists of glass doors and windows, front frame, stained windows, and thermo windows. Thermowindows may contain PCBs. No sampling in relation to PCBs shall be carried out by contracting entities, this is the responsibility of the supplier for the processing of the fraction.
Flat glass with a total expected number of tonnes per year for contracting entities of 500 tonnes:
The fraction consists predominantly of broken flat glass, Clean double-glazed windows without frames, mirrored glass, side windows from cars, wire glass, laminated glass, auto windows, greenhouse glass and other one-layer glass, tempered glass, stained glass, stained glass.

Insulation should be handed over and stored in a closed hall.
Ceramics & Sanitation with a total expected number of tonnes per annum for contracting entities of 1,464 tonnes:
The fraction will consist predominantly of glazed items such as brick, ceramics, sanitation, tiles, drainpipes, feed cribs, stoneware, porcelain, potted shards and other mineral composite materials, 'ivarsson Plank' el. similar.
The fraction will be collected in containers and delivered loosely tipped.

The fraction consists predominantly of plasterboard of any kind. The plates can be with paint, wallpaper, hessian, glass tissue, as well as nails and screws. Other fractions such as plaster straws, wet room plaster and fibre plaster will be available to a limited extent. The fraction is collected in covered containers and delivered loosely tipped.

Treatment of indoor and outdoor woodIn general, this sub-agreement deals with the treatment of indoor and outdoor wood received at recycling sites for Provas-Haderslev Waste A/S and Vejen Municipality, respectively.
Partial Agreement 9 relates only to quantities from Provas and the Road — Arwos Waste A/S is thus not covered by this Partial Agreement.
Indoor wood with a total expected number of tonnes per annum for contracting entities of 4,788 tonnes
The fraction consists of various types of untreated wood such as packaging wood, disposable pallets, clean decomposition timber, machine boxes battens and clean wood cutters, machined wood including packaging wood, painted pallets, furniture, kitchen elements, wood with varnish, glue and paint, chipboard, MDF and Masonite plates OSB plates and plywood.
Outdoor wood with a total expected number of tonnes per annum for contracting entities of 1,582 tonnes
The fraction consists of different types of wood including creosot-treated and pressure-impregnated wood.
In general, the fractions may contain nails, screws, other magnetic and not magnetic metal bracket.
No warehouses of wood should be made which will impair quality for recycling.
