The subject of the contract is the implementation of the service entitled Promotion of the city through sport – promotion through football: Promotion of Częstochowa through a football team taking part in the Polish Ekstraklasa, Polish Cup, European cups and other international / national competitions. The scope of implementation of the subject of the contract includes: The scope of implementation of the subject of the contract includes: 1) promotion of the City of Częstochowa by the Contractor during all meetings as a host and during all away competitions by a football team taking part in the Polish Ekstraklasa, Polish Cup, European cups and other international / national competitions. 2) possession or placement by the Contractor of the name "Częstochowa" or adjectives created from this word: "Częstochowska", "Częstochowski" or "Częstochowa", etc. in the name of the team, next to the name of the football team, reported to the appropriate entity as the official name of the team participating in the Polish Ekstraklasa, Polish Cup, European cups and other international / national competitions. 3) creating a positive image of Częstochowa as part of all information and promotional activities prepared and implemented by the Contractor from its own funds. 4) promoting the City of Częstochowa by the Contractor by placing and displaying the City's logo in a variety of ways and on informational, promotional and printing materials prepared and made by the Contractor from its own funds. 5) providing the City by the Contractor with informational, promotional and printing materials prepared and made by the Contractor from its own funds. 6) free lending to the City by the Contractor the image of the team's players and the entire team for promotional purposes of the City.
