For future communication tasks, Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Neckar GmbH (hereinafter referred to as VRN GmbH) needs the support of a full-service agency for consulting, conception, design and implementation of communication measures. For their services, a framework agreement is to be concluded for the development and implementation of a reorientation in communication. The aim of a realignment in the VRN's communication is to strengthen the VRN as the brand and synonym for mobility in the region. The aim is to link transport services, sales and service offerings in network-wide and regional target group-specific communication measures in such a way that existing and potential new customers are made aware of these offers, informed about them and motivated to use them. The focus should be on the expectations of the customers, which VRN strives to meet. The VRN should come across as competent and honest. The communication measures should be long-term, focus on repetition and recognition, and thus have as lasting an effect as possible. The measures should be varied in tonality depending on the occasion and can range from classic and factual to casual and tongue-in-cheek. As far as possible, the impact of the communication measures should be measurable by means of response elements.
