The Contracting Authority shall not allow the submission of partial tenders
The Purchaser does not allow submission of variants.

The Contractor shall require employment by the Contractor, Subcontractor or further Subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship within the meaning of the Act of 26.06.1974 — Code work (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320), persons carrying out the following activities in the field of execution of the order: persons servicing garbage trucks, drivers of vehicles transporting waste. Detailed requirements for the implementation and enforcement of the employment requirement under the employment contract are set out in the template of the Agreement constituting Annex No 8. The Contractor may entrust the execution of part of the contract to the Subcontractor. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the obligation to personally perform the contract by the Contractor. Estimated amount of waste in the period of 12 m for the purposes of submitting a tender: 2 817,98 Mg unsegregated (mixed); 356,74 Mg plastics, metals and multi-plant packaging; 203,70 Mg paper and cardboard; 270,48 Mg glass; 616 Mg biowaste; 0.271 Mg expired drugs.
