The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity in the maximum amount of 10,000 MWH in the period from 01.06.2022 (the planned date for the start of electricity supply) to 31.12.2022 for the facilities of the Company “Waters Kieleckie”, in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 year (uniform text Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716, as amended). The Contracting Authority indicates that this is the maximum amount of energy, while the Contracting Authority will pay for the actual amount of energy delivered during the indicated period.

The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity in the maximum amount of 10,000 MWH in the period from 01.06.2022 (planned date for the start of electricity supply) to 31.12.2022 for the facilities of the Company “Kieleckie Waterworks”, in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 year (uniform text Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716, as amended). The Contracting Authority indicates that this is the maximum amount of energy, while the Contracting Authority will pay for the actual amount of energy delivered during the indicated period.

2. The Contractor under this contract is obliged to provide services for the resale of electricity generated by the Ordering Party in renewable sources of electricity and in terms of trade balancing under the principles laid down by the provisions of the Law Act Energy of 10 April 1997 (uniform text Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716 as amended), in accordance with the applicable implementing acts to the abovementioned law and the provisions of the Act of 23 April 1964. Civil Code (uniform text Journal of Laws of 2020r, item 1740 as amended), the rules laid down in the concessions, the provisions of the Agreement concluded as a result of this procedure and based on the Law of Pzp.
