The municipality of Roermond is looking for a partner for the implementation of the following security services for the duration of at least 4 years.

The assignment at the Municipality of Roermond consists of a number of parts, namely:

1. Physical/ object security Municipal Office

2. Keyholding in Alarmopvolging

3. Security request on direction

At the start of this service, the size of the contract is the same as the current situation (see Annex 1). As a municipality, we have a change scenario in mind that we would like to further shape with the Contractor.

This means that there must be room and flexibility for adjustments during the term, whereby we expect that the hours of commitment of the Contractor and the job description will change during the term of the agreement.

At the start of the agreement, the contractor has the task of drawing up a desired situation together with the client that meets all the wishes of the stakeholders. This situation must be visibly implemented in at least 2 years. The Client assumes this, in view of the development as mentioned in section 7.3. G2 Quality Part 4 :P artnership and vision for the future, the relevant contract value can be reduced within 2 years (by a maximum of 20%)
