SKI hereby offers a dynamic purchasing system for Communication products and solutions (02.07 Communication products and solutions).
The object of the system includes all kinds of communication products and solutions, both traditional communication solutions installed on-premise at the customer's location and IT environment as well as cloud-based communication solutions installed in the customer's IT environment or in the supplier's data center. Please refer in more detail to Annex C, Subject matter of the System. It is voluntary for the customers listed in Appendix B, Customer List to make use of the dynamic purchasing system.
Appendix C to the tender documents indicates the products and services available in the System.
The dynamic purchasing system contains two categories (indicated as lots under Section II.2).
An applicant may choose to request inclusion in one or both categories and admission is done separately for each category.
Simple solutionThe two categories of the dynamic purchasing system have a broadly similar subject-matter, cf. Annex C, Subject matter of the system. However, the types of purchases in the two categories will be different, as Category 1 is used if the customer needs a simple solution. Simple solution means a solution where the Customer is able to identify and specify its own needs, including the need for possible installation, configuration, etc. The solution can thus be specified in such detail by the Customer that a solution consisting of specific products and limited, stand-alone services in the form of possible installation and/or installation can be put together and offered.
Category 1 thus includes, for example, volume purchase of large quantities of products, addition to or replacement of existing equipment/solutions, or solutions where the customer is able to specify the respective products and competencies/resources to set up the solution.
In Category 1, a supply contract is evaluated and awarded on the basis of the award criterion "Costs".
The category includes simple solutions within all kinds of communication products and solutions, both traditional communication solutions installed on-premise at the customer's location and IT environment as well as cloud-based communication solutions installed in the customer's IT environment or in the supplier's data center. Communication products and solutions are defined within this System as products and solutions that are prefabricated and commercially available on the market at the time of the individual Specific Procurement under the System, and which otherwise fall within the boundaries described below.
Communication products and solutions are a very broad procurement category spanning many different product types. It is possible to buy different kinds of communication products and solutions that all complement each other. The system has a high degree of flexibility and includes many different use cases that make it possible to purchase communication products or solutions.
Overall, the categories of the System contain the following six service areas and cross-cutting services that the Customer may acquire across the categories:
• Network products and solutions
• Surveillance products and solutions
• IT security products and solutions
• Unified Communications products and solutions
• Kontaktcenterløsning
• Internet of Things
Under each of the six service areas, cross-functional services are available, including Service and Support, Licensing, Security and Cloud-based services in category 1.
Reference is also made to Appendix C, Subject matter of the System, for an elaboration of the six service areas of which the Subject matter of the System is composed.
Complex solutionThe two categories of the dynamic purchasing system have a broadly similar subject-matter, cf. Annex C, Subject matter of the system. However, the types of purchases in the two categories will be different, as Category 2 is used if the customer needs a complex solution. Complex solution means a solution where the Customer needs the supplier's input to prepare the specific most suitable solution to meet the Customer's needs, and where the Customer needs to be able to purchase competencies in the form of advice, technical consultancy to establish the solution, or assistance in the form of a contingency plan in the event that: that a network switch or similar fails.
For example, the purchase can be an acquisition of products for a new network, or telephony products for a new location. For these types of procurement, the customer needs the supplier's assistance in identifying the most suitable solution, as well as a need for subsequent ongoing advice and/or other assistance in connection with a specific solution.
The category includes complex solutions within all kinds of communication products and solutions, both traditional communication solutions installed on-premise at the customer's location and IT environment as well as cloud-based communication solutions installed in the customer's IT environment or in the supplier's data center. Communication products and solutions are defined within this System as products and solutions that are prefabricated and commercially available on the market at the time of the individual Specific Procurement under the System, and which otherwise fall within the boundaries described below.
