Engagement Global would like to be advised and supported in the following areas - after a previous call for services by issuing corresponding individual orders:
*Conception and moderation of events as well as consulting services on organizational development topics
*Conception and execution of executive training
*Individual coaching for the management and executives of Engagement Global
A framework contract is to be concluded for the services in question. The contract should initially last until the end of the first calendar year. Engagement Global should have the unilateral right (the option) to extend the contract three times by another calendar year each (maximum contract period: just under four years). It should be possible to take unused days into the next contract year, the same as the calendar year. The services are to be provided both in presence and virtually at all Engagement Global locations.
In terms of content, the focus should be on the realignment of a team, the basics of leadership and the adaptation and establishment of new (post) corona forms of work.
The services are advertised in three packages, which are linked to each other in terms of content, but are called up separately by contract. The service packages are as follows:
*A: Moderation and advice on organizational development:
1st year: up to 58 days (since the first contract year is shorter than the others)
2nd year: up to 115 days
3rd year: up to 132 days
4th year: up to 152 days
*B: Management training
1st year: up to 15 days (since the first contract year is shorter than the others)
2nd year: up to 30 days
3rd year: up to 35 days
4th year: up to 40 days
*C: Coaching for management and executives
1st year: up to 15 days (since the first contract year is shorter than the others)
2nd year: up to 30 days
3rd year: up to 35 days
4th year: up to 40 days
