ATS Città Metropolitana di Milano needs to identify, through a specific acquisition procedure, an economic operator to whom to entrust both the implementation and customization services and the additional and complementary ones, in better detail below, of a web-based software application that allows the computerized management of the competition procedures and public selections of the Agency relating to the management of applications in the various procedural phases, including the archiving of the related generated documentation.
