The subject of the description are locksmith and metalwork for the new triple sports hall following the existing building TS-Jahn.

These are mainly metal parts such as grid covers, ventilation grilles and hoods, metal railings, glass railings, handrails and metal doors in the interior.

1. Situation construction site

The property is located at Weltenburgerstr. 53, in Munich Bogenhausen, it can be accessed directly from Weltenburgerstraße.

Storage and parking spaces are available under the triple sports hall in coordination with the other companies involved in construction in the EC.

1.2 Construction

The building is erected in reinforced concrete construction.

All walls and ceilings are reinforced concrete.

A few walls in the UG are bricked.

The grandstand ceiling (mounting glass railings) and stair flights are made of reinforced concrete.
