The detailed description and scope of the subject of the order is specified:
1) in the model contract constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ,
2) in the PRICE FORM constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ (and at the same time No. 1 to the contract),
3) in the OFFER FORM constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.
Task No. 1A detailed description and scope of the subject of the contract in relation to individual tasks is specified in the contract template constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ and in the PRICE FORM constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ, which will constitute an annex to the concluded contract.
Task No. 10A detailed description and scope of the subject of the contract in relation to individual tasks is specified in the contract template constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ and in the PRICE FORM constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ, which will constitute an annex to the concluded contract.
