The aim of the procurement is to obtain more knowledge on children's vulnerability for crime, children's worries about different types of crime, as well as the consequences of vulnerability and worries. In order to obtain knowledge on this, a questionnaire is needed amongst children aged 12 to 16 years on vulnerability and worries about crime.

The assignment involves formulating an application to REK for carrying out such a questionnaire in which children themselves can consent to participate, The application is to be sent to REK and the tenderer must follow-up processing at REK. Based on the outcome of the application at REK, the tenderer must formulate a methodological set-up for carrying out the survey and formulate the questionnaire.

The contracting authority will consider taking up an option for carrying out the questionnaire based on the appropriateness and feasibility of the survey drafted in the delivery from the project.
