Outdoor system planning.

The open-air facilities of the new construction area and the listed buildings are to be redesigned. The heritage-protected garden structure must be preserved or restored and integrated into the overall design with regard to functionality and design. The partially old tree population is to be preserved.

The design of the garden courtyards of the new building (approx. 200 sqm each) is part of the outdoor area planning. These garden courtyards are connected to the local soil structure (no green roof). The extensive green roofs are planned by the building construction industry.

The main development of the new building takes place over the south. Street.

The provisions of the standard DIN 18040 Part 1 “Barrier-free construction” for publicly accessible buildings must be observed. As a result, the habitats become accessible and usable for people with disabilities without special difficulties and, in principle, without outside help.

The topography is moved and falls to the south. The height difference in the planning area of approx. 17 380 sqm (including building floor areas) or approx. 13 538 sqm (without building floor areas) is more than 10 m.

Debris and precipitation water is discharged separately. The rainwater is very unlikely to seep away due to the unsuitable soil conditions on the property and is to be discharged via a rainwater retention to be planned.

The laying of the forg. Road and the routing lines laid in this area are not part of the outdoor area planning.
