This contract governs the performance of maintenance and control services of sewerage networks on the public domain. These services will be carried out on behalf of the Communauté d'agglomération Saint-Germain Boucles de Seine (Casgbs), the contracting authority, on the territory of the City of Chatou. The services of lot no. 1 consist of 2 items:P oste no. 1: regular maintenance servicesThese services consist of maintaining the municipal sanitation networks, i.e. pipes, collectors, ovoids, drains, grids and settling pumping grease traps, hydrocarbon tanks, septic tanks, sumps. They are remunerated by a global and fixed price.item no. 2: punctual services These services, corresponding to urgent interventions and additional services to regular services, are concluded with purchase orders under the conditions defined in the code of public order. They are remunerated in accordance with the prices provided for in the Unit Price Schedule for lot 1

These services are only punctual. They will be executed by purchase orders under the conditions defined in the Public Order Code, according to the needs of the Municipality, in application of the prices provided for in the Unit Price Schedule relating to lot No. 2
