It is a question of reinforcing and developing the weight of the city center trade by the realization of a space which will propose commercial lots of more than 100 m 2 on a total surface in the DRC of almost 500 m 2 , perfectly adapted to today's model and commercial needs. The project will be carried out within the framework of a SEMOP: the contractor will also be a shareholder of SEMOP.
