Lot 1 (Construction of the police station, the parking reserved for service vehicles and staff members and the forecourt, including the piloting of Lot 2)- Lot 1: Police building, police parking, forecourt and piloting mission:
• Part 1 — Firm section (for the Mouscron Police Zone): General construction of the police building which includes the new police station building, the visitor parking as well as a logistics courtyard and a patio (architecture, stability, special techniques, fixed furniture and exterior layout).
• Part 2 — Conditional tranche (for the Mouscron Police Zone): General construction of the parking reserved for service vehicles and staff members (architecture, stability, special techniques and exterior layout) and of a logistics road.
• Part 3 — Conditional tranche (for the City of Mouscron): Creation of a public esplanade (forecourt) located opposite the main entrance of the police station at the corner of Rue Cotonnière and Avenue du Château as well as in the upper part of Rue Cotonnière (exterior layout);
The tenderer designated for lot 1 will also be the pilot contractor for the coordination of the work of lot 2.
