1. The subject of the order is the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the Wałcz commune, and equipping the property with containers and bags for collecting waste. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 6 to SWIZ.

1. The detailed subject of the contract includes, among others:
1.1. Equipping serviced real estate with mixed waste containers and bags for selective waste collection, as well as mixed and segregated waste containers;
Collection from the property owners of all municipal waste generated;
Collection of municipal waste from municipal cemeteries (in the cities of Chwiram, Dębołęka, Dobino, Dzikowo, Golce, Gostomia, Karsibór, Kłębowiec, Lubno, Nakielno, Rudki, Rutwica, Różewo, Strączno, Witankowo, Zdbice) Collection of municipal waste from common rooms located in the area municipalities - towns of Golce, Świętosław, Rudki, Karsibór, Kłębowiec, Dzikowo, Chwiram, Przybkowo, Sweden, Różewo, Witankowo, Nakielno and Dobino;
Conducting reporting in accordance with applicable regulations;
Utilization of municipal waste selectively generated from property owners in a waste recovery and disposal installation, in accordance with the waste hierarchy referred to in Article 7 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste;
Waste management while maintaining recovery or disposal rates of collected municipal waste, in accordance with the Act on waste and the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities regarding municipal waste collected from owners;
Forwarding mixed waste, green waste and residues from sorting of municipal waste for storage to the nearest Regional Municipal Waste Processing Installation (RIPOK). In the event of a RIPOK failure or in other cases referred to in art. 38 section 2 point 2 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste preventing the collection of mixed municipal or green waste, this waste should be transferred to installations intended for substitute service for the Region, indicated in the resolution on the implementation of the provincial waste management plan.
