The two listed buildings House 1 (built in 1906, GF 1,970 m²) and House 2 (built in 1909, GF 2,075 m²), which until recently were used continuously as ward blocks, will be converted into 132 apartments for nursing staff of Münchenstift GmbH and München Klinik gGmbH, including a daycare center, and a TG will also be built. The buildings have basement, ground floor, 3 floors and attic. In addition, there are 2 connecting corridors with basement, ground floor, 1 floor).

Delivery and installation of (approximately):

- 1,600 m steel pipe black DN 15 - DN 100, approx. 11,500 m heating stainless steel pipe DN12 - DN40

- 1 pcs district heating transfer stations approx. 570kW according to SWM's TAB specifications,

- 1 pc. district heating transfer stations approx. 550kW according to SWM TAB specifications

- 8 heating circuits controlled at outside temperature with circulating pump and mixer, 2 heating circuits for central hot water preparation with circulating pump

- 4 pcs fresh water modules with circulation and control including buffer charging

- 2 pcs I&C control for district heating transfer, heating circuits and hot water preparation

- 119 steel tubes radiators

- 454 panel radiators

- 161 pcs bathroom radiators

Part of the tender is also a maintenance contract (inspection and maintenance), which is to be concluded for a period of 4 years after acceptance.
