The object of the small-scale renovation agreement is short-term small-scale civil engineering repairs, their high-quality and resident-oriented implementation within the response time set for the work task in the apartments, public areas and yard areas of VTS homes. Small-scale repairs are carried out by designated full-time responsible persons implementing this agreement, i.e. the so-called "small repairs". area repairers with their own liability properties.
