Successive delivery of diesel fuel in an estimated amount of 1,000,000 liters (in words: one million liters) to the Automobile Communication Company in Konina S.A., Zakowa 4 street, 62-510 Konin - service station at Zakładowa Street or Poznańska Street;

The Contracting Authority stipulates that the estimated quantity of diesel is the maximum quantity covered by the contract; the actual quantity of diesel procured will be due to the current needs of the Contracting Authority, provided that it will not be less than 60% of the maximum quantity;

it stipulates that the reduction of the order volume to 60% will not change any contract conditions set out in the SWZ and declared by the Contractor in the offer.

The subject of the order is the successive delivery of diesel fuel in an estimated amount of 1,000,000 liters (word: one million liters) to the Automobile Communication Company in Konina S.A., Zakładowa 4 street, 62-510 Konin - service station at Zakładowa Street or Poznańska Street;

Diesel oil must meet the quality requirements of currently applicable Polish standards:

a) PN - EN 590+A 1:2017 -06/Ap 2:2018 -09 - test requirements and methods;

(b) the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws 2015.1680 of late), and in particular set out in Annex No 3 to the Regulation;

(c) Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 25.03.2010 on methods of testing the quality of liquid fuels (i.e. Journal of Laws 2017. 247);

(d) in the event of a change in regulations or standards, the diesel offered must comply with the provisions and standards amended in the course of supply.

The Contracting Authority requires that the diesel supplied by the Contractor is suitable for the season and prevailing temperature conditions (summer, transitional and winter). The technical and chemical parameters shall not be inferior to those set out in the standards and in the Annex to the Regulation.
