With a view to pooling and rationalization of purchases, a group of orders has been formed pursuant to article L. 2113-6 to 8 of the public order code between the Department of Hautes-Pyrénées (coordinator) and 20 other members. This is a framework agreement with no minimum or maximum purchase orders concluded for one year and can be renewed for two one-year periods. The benefits will be paid by each member of the group.
