By means of the present tender, it must be demonstrated that the Rijn en IJssel water board has achieved an acceptable soil risk at 11 of its 13 treatment sites. This is important from two legal frameworks: Comply with the mandatory 15-year inspection of the liquid tightness in accordance with guideline AS6700, guideline inspection soil protection facilities. Comply with an acceptable soil risk for these 11 treatment sites, in accordance with Article 3.5 of the Environmental Management Activities Decree. ''By way of derogation from Article 2.9 (Environmental Management Activities Decree), soil protection facilities and soil protection measures shall be taken in the design, construction and use of the part of the waterline, from the reception work to the selector or aeration tank, as well as the part of the treatment work where sludge dewatering, storage and piping with primary sludge takes place, with which an acceptable soil risk is achieved.'
