The purpose of the framework agreement is to supply plants, horticultural products and related services. The public territorial establishment Grand Paris Seine Ouest (GPSO) acts on its own behalf and on behalf of the cities of Boulogne-Billancourt, Chaville, Issy-Les-Moulineaux, Marnes-La-Coquette, Meudon, Sèvres, Vanves and Ville- D'Avray in the context of a group of orders, the coordinator of which is Grand Paris Seine Ouest. Each member executes the framework agreement for the part which concerns him. Each framework agreement is for purchase orders with no minimum or maximum annual amount based on unit and unit prices.

Supply, installation, decoration and removal of Christmas trees. Annual estimate: 30,000 EUR excl.

Supply of wood and derivatives, fencing. Annual estimate: 30,000 EUR excl.

Cultivation of planters, suspensions and tubs. Annual estimate: 25,000 EUR excl.

Supply of bulbs and onions annual estimate: 20,000 EUR excl.

Supply of shrubs and perennials. Annual estimate: 80,000 EUR HT.

Supply of green and flowering plants, and flower arrangements, and accessories. Annual estimate: 25,000 EUR excl.

Purchase of supplies for horticultural production and green spaces. Annual estimate: 85,000 EUR excl.

Supply of materials for parks and gardens (sand, gravel) annual estimate: 20,000 EUR excl.

Supply of flower and plant seeds, young plants annual estimate: 50,000 EUR excl.

Supply of planters - hanging lights - orangery bins. Annual estimate: 25,000 EUR excl.
