In order to ensure the continuity of basic IT, the contracting authority wants a long-term partner to manage all basic IT services. The services cover among others:
- basic IT equipment:
—— the recovery of IT Basics equipment from the existing supplier (PC, network printers, etc.);
—— maintenance of all IT Basics equipment [PC, network printers (+ toner), WiFi antennas, local network, switches, racks and meeting room IT devices];
- "IT basics" licenses and certificates:
—— resumption of current IT basics licenses (O365, Power BI, etc.);
—— maintenance of all scope licenses: update, upgrade and extensions;
—— reselling of licenses or certificates for any internal Atrias need;
- managed staffing:
—— a “on-site” guaranteed presence team to manage all IT basics (purchase, reception, installation, configuration, CMDB updates, service request management, incidents, training, coaching, integration with “Network” teams, administration active directory, O365 expertise and Azure active directory administration);
—— a remote operational competence and support center to support the on-site team (unplanned absence of a person on site, analysis of complex problems, non-standard exchange proposal, in-depth knowledge of IT Basics solutions, coaching, technological watch, best practices etc.);
- service delivery reponsibility: a person responsible for service delivery, administration (invoices) and support for the contracting authority in its specific process of continuous improvement (speed, costs, quality) on a daily basis and in investments and changes .
