The Eimsbütteler Turnverband eV (ETV) intends to build a new building for a multifunctional sports center as a solid construction in the city of Hamburg at Lokstedter Steindamm 75/77, 22529 Hamburg. The new building is classified in building class 5.
The building includes a multifunctional sports center with a field hall, bouldering hall, a restaurant, various gymnastics, spa and administrative rooms as well as a day care and underground parking.
