The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal solid waste from real estate inhabited in the Kłaj Commune in 2023.

A detailed description of the object of the order is Annex 5 to the SWZ.

Attention:

It is recommended that the Contractor, before preparing the offer, familiarizes himself with the local conditions and the specificity of the area of the Kłaj Commune by making a local inspection and asking any questions related to the implementation of the contract.

1. The object of the order is:

- provision of services in the field of collection, transport and management of municipal solid waste from real estate inhabited in the Kłaj Municipality,

- collection of so-called bulky waste once a year,

- equipping residents with containers for mixed waste,

- providing property owners with bags for municipal waste collected separately (paper, plastics, glass and bio-waste),

- preparation and delivery to residents of "Waste Disposal Schedules",

- reporting – monthly reports.
