The European X-Ray Free-Elektron Laser Facility GmbH operates the European X-ray laser XFEL on the premises of Bahrenfeld, Osdorfer Born and Schenefeld. A visitor centre with conference rooms, exhibition rooms and school laboratories is to be built on the company premises in Schenefeld. The subject of the tender is the execution of the infrastructure measures for the connection of the XHV.

The subject of this tender is the infrastructure works of the construction project, consisting of:

- Demolition work, e.g. approx. 24 t of ash demolition, shaft lining, removal of surface pavement in the

Pipeline trench area, demolition of a concrete floor slab incl. strip foundations, approx. 160 m³

- Ca. 1500 m³ Leitungsgrabenaushub

- Extension of an existing drainage system by means of a pump shaft and discharge pipes up to the receiving water

- Approx. 290 running metres of rainwater and waste water pipes in dimensions DN 110 to DN 500

- 5 pcs reinforced concrete shafts

- Dirty water pumping system with approx. 50 m pressure pipe laying dirty water

- Cable conduit system with 3 cable trough shafts, approx. 330 running metres of cable conduit, grounding cable flat steel

- KMR district cooling pipe, approx. 130 m with leakage monitoring system

- KMR district heating pipeline, approx. 140 m with leakage monitoring system

- Ca. 90 m Frischwasserleitung
