The tendered services comprise all construction and delivery services for the erection / integration of 3 heat transfer stations and the piping conversion work in the existing wood-fired thermal power station (CHP) Ludwigsburg.

As part of the municipal climate protection model project "District heating network with solar thermal energy (SolarHeatGrid)" funded by the National Climate Initiative of the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Building, three district heating networks with the existing district heating network of Stadtwerke Ludwigsburg-Kornwestheim GmbH (SWLB), in 71638 Ludwigsburg, together and connected a large heat storage.

Subject of the contract:

1) Construction, integration and commissioning of 3 heat transfer stations in 3 existing heating plants:

- TDL in Gänssfussallee, Ludwigsburg: power 1.5 MW,

- RBF Wieselweg, Ludwigsburg: power 2.5 MW,

- HKW Nord Kirschenweg, Kornwestheim: power 2.5 MW.

Maximum operating temperature 110 O C.

2) Installation and pipeline work in the wood-fired thermal power plant (CHP) at the Eisenbahnstraße 14 location in Ludwigsburg including commissioning.

- dismantling work (pipeline and EMSR),

- Connection of existing large heat storage to the CHP,

- Connection of solar thermal energy (within the HHKW),

- Conversion of existing heat storage to a collecting vessel for pressure maintenance,

- modification of admixture,

- Supply and install a pump pressure maintenance.

Maximum operating temperature 110 O C. The work on 2.) must be carried out and completed in the summer of 2018, during the shutdown of the CHP.

The tendered services include all construction and delivery services. The trades are located in the area of Stadtwerke Ludwigsburg- Kornwetheim GmbH. The 4 construction sites are, however, spatially separated.
