The building is circa 1,500 m2 GIFA and the contractor will be required to appoint its own design team to complete any necessary post-contract design. The contractor will be responsible for the management of its designers and all sub-contractors to ensure that the project is delivered on time and preferably below the indicated budget. THIS CONTRACT HAS NOW BEEN AWARDED.
The budget currently available to deliver this contract, ex VAT, is: Phase 1, GBP 7M - GBP 7.5M; Phase 2 GBP 0.75M - GBP 1M; Total GBP 7.75M - GBP 8.5M
This project will operate a mandatory Project Bank Account (PBA).
