The subject of the contract to be awarded is the turnkey, fully functional and operational construction of a modular building as an interim solution on the basis of a functional specification with preliminary design, whereby the contractor as the so-called general contractor is commissioned not only with all execution services, but also with all necessary planning services, such as the preparation and submission of the building application.

Finally, the bid amount of the functional tender should represent the total production of the container system for rent over 36 months with subsequent dismantling, recycling of residues and professional disposal by the contractor.
