Comprehensive supply of heat energy to the building of the Bielany District Office m.st Warsaw at 29 S. Żeromskiego Street. Estimated heat ordered monthly: 350 GJ on average Ordered power (monthly): 1.39 MW

Including:

a) for heating purposes – 0.8600 MW,

b) for hot water – 0.070 MW,

(c) for the purposes of ct – 0.4600 MW.

The heat will be supplied via a heat carrier – hot water, using a heating network. The facility is supplied from a heat substation (property of the Ordering Party).

Designation of the tariff group for the current heat supplier to the A3/B1/C3 building.

6.2. Building characteristics:

a) year of construction: 2008,

(b) year of connection to the district heating network: 2008,

c) cubic volume: 54 000 m³,

d) total area: 15 324 sqm, including: office space (heated): 13 639 m², garage area (heated): 1 685 m².

6.3. The subject of the contract shall be determined by:

a) price form – constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ;

b) the proposed provisions of the agreement – constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
