The Haaglanden Environmental Service intends to contract one contractor who sets up, implements and monitors recruitment strategies in order to reach its target group and successfully fill its vacancies.

The Haaglanden Environmental Service expects to receive advice on the strategy to be used before placing each vacancy. The marketing materials provided by Omgevingsdienst Haaglanden such as vacancy text, photos, videos and infographics are placed by the contractor on the appropriate media channels. The contractor must monitor the effect of the posted vacancies, keep track of data and make targeted adjustments.

All economic operators that meet the requirements are invited to submit a Tender. This can be done independently, as a Partnership and/or by calling on Third Parties and/or Subcontractors.

The size of the contract is estimated at € 50,000- € 120,000 (excluding VAT) per year. The expected contract value, over the entire term of the agreement, including options and renewal options but excluding VAT, is estimated at € 200,000 - € 480,000 (excluding VAT). Because the number of vacancies is difficult to predict, the maximum contract value of the framework agreement is set at € 960,000 (excluding VAT). If the maximum value of the agreement is reached faster than expected, the agreement will be terminated and a new European tender may have to be put out to tender on the basis of a new estimate.
