Mobility centre at Torgelow - Elt station

Planning and monitoring services according to HOAI service profile Technical equipment (electrical, telecommunications, information technology) for the change of use and restoration of the station building in Torgelow in accordance with monument regulations

The station building with its extension is a cityscape-defining and listed building owned by the city of Torgelow.

It is a partial basement, 3-storey building with a 1-storey extension in a typical construction period.

The load-bearing walls are masonry.

The ceiling above KG is solid (steel beams and concrete/reinforced concrete). The remaining ceilings are wood-beamed ceilings with insertion.

The roof construction is carpenter-like.

The immediately adjacent platform will continue to be used for railway operations.

Due to vacancy in the last 7 years and a massive maintenance backlog, there are significant damage to the building fabric in some cases.

The existing remnants of the building services installations must be completely dismantled and rebuilt.

Office use with different users and public traffic is planned.

The services are to be offered on the basis of the HOAI. For the preparation of the offer, (preliminary) creditable construction costs (net) KG 410 wastewater, water and gas plants € 82,000.00 KG 420 heat supply systems € 72,000.00 KG 430 ventilation systems € 41,000.00.

A step-by-step assignment is planned, whereby initially only the work phases 1 to 3 are to be commissioned.
