The purpose of procuring an HRM solution is to ensure increased availability, control and quality of personnel data, automated workflows adapted for collaboration, and a more professional and user-friendly employee experience. A new HRM system supports Entur's main strategic goals of digital and efficient processes, motivated employees and being an attractive employer. The HRM system will combine all relevant assignments in one place. This also includes combining and securing master data.

The purpose of procuring an HRM solution is to ensure increased availability, control and quality of personnel data, automated workflows adapted for collaboration, and a more professional and user-friendly employee experience. A new HRM system supports Entur's main strategic goals of digital and efficient processes, motivated employees and being an attractive employer. The contract period is 2 years from the delivery date. The contract will then be automatically renewed for 1 year at a time, unless 6 months notice is given by the contracting authority prior to the renewal date. The tenderer will have an option to terminate the contract with 12 months notice before the renewal date. The agreement automatically expires after 10 years if not terminated earlier by either party.
