The object of the contract is forest management services in accordance with Article 6 (1) (1) of the Law of 28.09.1991 on forests (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended) covering work in the fields of forest farming and protection, fire protection, logging and retraction of timber and forest management, forest management, nursery in Gosp. Nursery in Krępsk, chemical plant protection in the territory of the N-ctwa Goleniów and transport of seedlings from nursery to 12 forestry, carrying out services on harvesting cones from lying trees, for Gosp. Nursery in Krępsk, for execution in the territory of the Goleniów N-ctwa in the year 2022. The procedure is carried out by unlimited tender under Article 129 (1) (1), referred to as Article 129 (2) and Articles 132 to 139 of the Law of 11.09.2019. Pzp (i.e. one of 2021, item 11221 9 as amended) and implementing acts to the PZP. The proceedings shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down for the so-called 'reverse procedure' referred to in Article 139 (1), (3) to (4) of the PZP.

A detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works included in the order and a description of the rules for the reception of forestry works is set out in Annex No 4 to the SWZ. The quantities of work falling within the scope of the contract are estimated in the SWZ. The amount of work commissioned to be carried out during the implementation of the subject of the contract may be less than the quantity presented in the SWZ. however, which cannot be the basis for any claims made by the Contractor in relation to the Contracting Authority regardless of their legal basis. The Contracting Authority may contract a work scope less than indicated in the SWZ during the implementation of the Agreement, but not less than 70% of the value of the subject of the contract.

The Contracting Authority in accordance with Article 95 of the PZP shall require employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the working relationship of persons performing the procurement and retraction of the wood material, if the performance of these activities consists in the performance of the work in the manner of referred to in Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (text: Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1320 as amended).

The scope of the object of the contract includes total quantities of work in the field of breeding and forest protection, fire protection, the collection and reproduction of timber referred to in Annex No 3 to the SWZ. A detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works included in the order and a description of the rules for the reception of forestry works is set out in Annex No 4 to the SWZ. The quantities of work falling within the scope of the contract are estimated in the SWZ. The amount of work commissioned to be carried out during the implementation of the subject of the contract may be less than the quantity presented in the SWZ. however, which cannot be the basis for any claims made by the Contractor in relation to the Contracting Authority regardless of their legal basis.
