This consultation concerns preventive and corrective maintenance services on the lift parks of Brest Métropole, the city of Brest and the CCAS of the city of Brest. Maintenance services will be subject to extended clauses. The consultation is launched within the framework of a grouping of orders, of which Brest Métropole is the coordinator, under the conditions detailed in article 1 of the consultation regulations. This is a single-beneficiary framework agreement with purchase orders, passed through the open call for tenders procedure, subject to the provisions of Articles R. 2124-1 to R. 2124-2, R. 2161 -2 to R. 2161-5, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 and articles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-7 of the code of public order and placed under the conditions detailed in article 2 of the consultation regulations.
