The subject of the contract is the comprehensive supply of Group E (high-methane) natural gas to the facilities of the District Court in Kielce and the District Courts in Opatów, Staszów and Włoszczów in 2024, with a total forecast volume of 2,042,137 kWh to 7 gas reception points (PO).

The subject of the contract is the comprehensive supply of Group E (high-methane) natural gas to the facilities of the District Court in Kielce and the District Courts in Opatów, Staszów and Włoszczów in 2024, with a total forecast volume of 2,042,137 kWh to 7 gas reception points (PO). NOTE: The above-mentioned forecast consumption of natural gas is indicative and may differ from the actual amount of gas consumed during the term of the contract.

Reducing the amount of gas will not entail any consequences for the Ordering Party (gas recipients), except for the need to pay for the actually consumed amount of gas and transmission services in accordance with the applicable Operator's Tariff, on the terms set out below.

The Ordering Party reserves the right to limit by 20% the maximum size of the subject of the contract – i.e. the maximum amount of gaseous fuel ordered. Failure to perform the contract by the Ordering Party in the scope of the remaining 20% of the maximum value of the subject of the contract does not require giving reasons and does not constitute the basis for its liability for non-performance or improper performance of the contract, and the Contractor is not entitled to any claims in this respect.
